Join this progressive, high profile FMCG business and make a difference in this multifaceted Performance & Reward Manager role.

This role presents an opportunity to impact upon the organisation. Reporting to an Head of Reward you will work as part of the team and build close relationships across HR and the employee group. This is a critical role within the business as you will assist with the execution of strategic initiatives to support their attraction and retention strategies.

The role has prime accountability for

developing and executing the firm's approach to reward, performance and career progression. You will also be accountable for HR reporting and will contribute to HR systems integration.

Your keys deliverables are:

  • ensuring our remuneration and benefits deliver pay for performance;
  • delivery of remuneration strategy that supports People & Culture initiatives;
  • ensuring remuneration and benefits practices are current and in line with company goals and market/peers practices and
  • providing the business with remuneration and benefits know how and processes.

You will demonstrate a capacity to consult broadly and build relationships, undertake research, analyse data, conduct reporting and manage projects. You will display excellent analytical and project management skills with the ability to manipulate data and see trends. An aptitude for systems ideally Successfactors, with a focus on accuracy and strong customer service to the business is also essential. Ideally, you will have a track record of being involved in projects around HR systems, implementation and integration and have been exposed to remuneration projects. You will demonstrate initiative in your work style and be comfortable juggling a number of projects while responding to ongoing business reporting requirements.
