Growing construction organisation with a national presence require administrator to join the team. Duties will include administration,reception,customer service.

Due to growth this construction organisation is looking for an administrator to assist with front office duties. This role will be undertaken as a temp to perm role and is based in Wollongong. With newly refurbished offices, this organisation prides themselves on growth and performance and rewards their staff accordingly.

Duties Include:

  • Handling petty cash
  • Operation of front office phones
  • Diary management
  • Record minutes
  • Filing, emails, data entry
  • Setting up meeting room

We are looking for:

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Previous administration experience of 3+ years.
  • Experience with the use of Microsoft office, Word and Excel is a necessity.
  • Administration experience in a construction environment would be advantageous
  • Well presented with a personable manner
