This household and leading vehicle finance company is seeking a Sales and Admin Support Consultant to join their Caringbah office in south Sydney. As a Sales Support Consultant you will be responsible for high volume processing and admin as well as providing exceptional customer service. This role effectively supports the fleet dealership managers and dealer network to achieve sales. As a professional consultant you will be required to manage key stakeholder relationships and put your administration and customer service skills to the test!
Please note that there is parking available and that this is a permanent role.
As a Sales Support Consultant you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the fleet managers and dealers through relevant admin tasks
- Accurately quoting customers
- Accurately and confidentially handle all relevant customer information
- Respond to any inbound customer enquiries
- Consistently follow up with customers
- Ensure that all credit applications align with set SLA
- End to end management of customer relationships
Your skills and requirements:
- Corporate office experience is essential
- Processing experience is essential
- Customer service and sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Firm decision maker and ability to hold accountability
