The role

This company is national and now expanding their team in NSW. Being in the CA role you will get full responsibility of managing a multiple variety of projects in the Educational/ Government/ High-end Retail and Commercial sectors based in Sydney Metro

Type of applicant:

Background in the Fit-Out space for at least 18 months +. Job Pac experience and a good attitude. This is really for the type of person who doesn’t want to be just a "number" in a large organisation.

Main Duties

  • Ensure all financial/ contractual systems are established at start up phase
  • Monitoring the development and tracking of the project
  • Liaise with subcontractors and make sure requirements are met
  • Ensure project forecasts and cash flow statements are assessed and maintained
  • Prepare timely submission of progress variations and contractual claims
  • Co-ordinate monthly reports
  • Determine letting packages and forecasting reduce risks
  • Compliance with the WHSEQ policies and procedure
  • Document control of all drawings

Skills and Experience Required

  • 18 years experience being a Contacts Administrator
  • Can develop and maintain good relationships
  • In depth knowledge of the lifecycle of projects/construction
  • Can work under pressure and multitask
  • Previous use of JobPac, or systems
  • Solid understanding of client and project related cost structures, cost codes and rates
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Can develop and maintain good relationships
  • High level of organisation
  • In depth knowledge of the lifecycle of projects/construction
