Company profile and about the role

Well established company - based in the heart of Sydney. They pride themselves on delivering smart designs combined with up to date construction methods. Currently you will be working on government commercial project valued at 3 million in the metropolitian city of Parramatta . This company provides structure, processes and ensures the finest delivery. They are a trusted builder in the market and have a strong pipeline of work. You will be required to hit the ground running, understand commercial works and have a great eye for detail. This is a great opportunity for someone to organically grow their knowledge and undertake a good amount of responsibility.

Main Duties

  • Ensure all financial/ contractual systems are established at start up phase
  • Monitoring the development and tracking of the project
  • Liaise with subcontractors and make sure requirements are met
  • Ensure project forecasts and cash flow statements are assessed and maintained
  • Prepare timely submission of progress variations and contractual claims
  • Co-ordinate monthly reports
  • Determine letting packages and forecasting reduce risks
  • Compliance with the WHSEQ policies and procedure
  • Document control of all drawings

Skills and Experience Required

  • 3 years experience being a Contacts Administrator
  • Can develop and maintain good relationships
  • In depth knowledge of the lifecycle of projects/construction
  • Can work under pressure and multitask
  • Previous use of JobPac, CHEOPS
  • Solid understanding of client and project related cost structures, cost codes and rates
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Can develop and maintain good relationships
  • Organisation of high level
  • In depth knowledge of the lifecycle of projects/construction
