This contractor is a Melbourne success storey with a track record on a wide range of construction, refurbishment and fiout projects to $5m and have had a major influx of work over the last month and are urgently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join the team, initially for a two month contract.
Working out of offices with ample parking in the SE suburbs, you will be part of a small and dynamic team with the opportunity to work on a range of project duties, but your core responsibilities will cover most areas of contracts administration and include:
- Undertaking job costing and setup
- Budgeting and cost control
- Vetting and letting of contracts
- Processing RFI’s & EOT’s
- Liaison with Clients, Architects, Engineers & Regulatory Authorities
Applications are sought from construction professionals with a track record in Contracts Adminstration gained over 2 years or more in the commercial building sector, ideally with tertiary qualifications. You must be You must be an effective communicator, who can represent this up and coming building group, be highly computer literate and have a passion for the construction industry.
