In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of this groups accomplished Project Managers, providing a key role in the successful completion of commercial build projects. With opportunities to get exposure on site you will be providing a key role in the successful delivery of these projects. You core duties will include:

  • Undertaking job costing and setup
  • Budgeting and cost control
  • Vetting and letting of contracts
  • Processing RFI’s & EOT’s
  • Liaison with Clients, Architects, Engineers & Regulatory Authorities

To be considered for these roles it is essential you have tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Building and practical workplace experience within a commercial build environment.

Package in the $70k- $100k range is available, dependent upon experience.
