About the role

Randstad is currently seeking an experienced contracts administrator for a reputable Government Organisation, with locations in both Burwood and Potts Hill. We are looking for someone that has had exposure to daily management support and administration, previously dealing with a variety of contracts and contractors. You will be working full time hours, Monday to Friday on an ongoing temporary basis.

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Carrying out administrative and general support activities
  • Monitoring, reconciling and reporting expenditure to budget performance and providing support in the budgeting processes
  • Assist with the development of tender documentation
  • Liaising with contractors to exchange information, organize meetings, address enquiries, build relationships and resolve difficulties
  • Data entry and management of the purchase order database

Skills and experiences:

  • Strong customer service skills, both face to face and over the phone
  • Strong MS Office Suite Skills required
  • Knowledge of purchase order procurement and contracts
  • Evidence of being highly organized and efficient
  • Sound numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience within a similar role highly regarded
  • Professionally presented
