In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of this groups accomplished Project Managers, providing a key role in the successful completion of commercial build projects. With opportunities to get exposure on site you will be providing a key role in the successful delivery of these projects. You core duties will include:
- Undertaking job costing and setup
- Procurement of Sub-contractors & Suppliers
- Subcontract Letting & Management
- Manage and Track Project Expenditure Inclusive of Claims, Variations and EOT’s
- Liaison with Clients, Architects, Engineers & Regulatory Authorities
To be considered for these roles it is essential you have tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Building and practical workplace experience within a commercial build environment. Packages in the $80k-$120k region are available, dependent upon experience.
