About the role

This role will require attention to detail, negotiating with contractors, understanding plans and dealing with contractual issues/variations eContract role. This role will be office based role, working with a good team on some exciting projects

Main Duties

  • Ensure all financial/ contractual systems are established at start-up phase
  • Monitoring the development and tracking of the project
  • Liaise with subcontractors and make sure requirements are met
  • Ensure project forecasts and cash flow statements are assessed and maintained
  • Prepare timely submission of progress variations and contractual claims
  • Co-ordinate monthly reports
  • Determine letting packages and forecasting reduce risks
  • Compliance with the WHSEQ policies and procedure
  • Document control of all drawings

Skills and Experience Required

  • 3 years experience being a Contacts Administrator
  • Medium or high rise residential experience required
  • Can develop and maintain good relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of the lifecycle of projects/construction
  • Can work under pressure and multitask
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Proficient in CHEOPS
