As a result of continued success we are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator for their impressive pipeline of projects working on high rise residential developments through repeat clients, large university projects and child and aged care new build projects.

They have a strong focus on staff retention and building teams that work collaboratively with their development arm and remaining focused on their desired company outcome.

They consider their staff their most valuable asset and invest a lot of money back into developing a culture of success by celebrating the valuable achievement of attaining key milestones. As a result they have one of the most efficient and professional outfits in the market today.

Your job
To be successful in this role you will have experience as a Contracts Administrator on residential or commercial developments. You will have the ability to motivate sub contractors and manage their expectations with regards to payments and claims in accordance with their contractual conditions. You will able to lead, mentor and inspire your colleagues.

Candidates will ideally be able to demonstrate a proven track record of longevity and stickability and I will reiterate that commercial experience is essential.

Your experience and Qualifications

  • Relevant Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering tertiary qualification
  • Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and subcontractors alike
  • Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
  • The ability to write a detailed scope of works
  • Intimate knowledge of Qld Construction legislation
