My client is a market leading healthcare equipment provider. They are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team on a 6 month assignment tendering maintenance contracts.

The duties of this position are as follows;

  • Planning and implementation of contracts
  • Assist with contract negotiation
  • Assist with negotiation on price, delivery schedule and performance expectations
  • Analyse potential risk with contract terms
  • Ensure all deadlines and conditions are met

As an ideal applicant, you will have the following;

  • 3 – 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Be familiar with legal requirements and terms of use
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Experience with contracts
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fantastic written and oral communication
  • Be self-motivated and able to work under pressure
