A recently merged council is looking to engage an experienced Contract Administrator for an initial 6 month contract. This council has been given a substantial capitals works budget and is in need of extra resources for delivery. You will be supported by a committed, innovative and forward thinking management team.


  • Managing and administering contractual aspects of capital works contracts
  • Assessing, reviewing and advising Project Managers and project officers
  • Providing the Project managers with updates on contractor performance
  • Negotiate agreements with Project managers and stakeholders
  • Responsible for the purchasing and procurement of contract


  • Experience in AS4000 and financial planning
  • Understanding of state and local procurement processes
  • Sound knowledge of road upgrades and refurbishment
  • Ability to administer multiple jobs and meet deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
