Randstad have been engaged by a multi-disciplined civil and mining construction company who focus on large scale projects in main roads, infrastructure, utilities and resources work. They have identified the need for a Contracts Administrator to come on board on a contract basis.

Reporting to the Project Commercial Manager duties will include:

  • Working independently - reviewing and checking work
  • Contract Management
  • Measurement and pricing of work
  • Forecasting costs, values and variations
  • Compilation of monthly reports
  • Ensuring any areas of concern are highlighted

To be considered for this position we are seeking the following skills and experience:

  • Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying or other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 3 year's experience as Contract Administrator within the Civil market
  • Ideally a Telecommunication, NBN background - not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong commercial acumen, cost management and financial reporting skills
