Working as part of an established team, you will take sole be teamed with one of this groups talented Project Managers, your key skills and duties will include:
- Procure, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
- Head contracts administration of all claims, variations, progoress payments & contract correspondence
- Strong budget management and reporting skills
- Preparation of monthly management reports.
Applicants must have proven contract administration experience within the construction industry, be tertiary qualified, and have a high degree of motivation with a strong career focus. Applications will be considered from candidates with 3 or more years experience, salary package in the $90k-$120k range is available, dependent upon experience.
