Randstad is currently recruiting for a well known law firm to provide a legal secretary/personal assistant. This is a very exciting opportunity that became available due to an internal promotion and growth within the business. This law firm is incredibly supportive, and cultivates a strong team environment dedicated to looking after its employees. This role is permanent full time opportunity based in the Brisbane CBD. The primary focus of this role is to provide administrative support across a number of partners within the business.


  • General administrative and secretary support to a small group of partners
  • Diary management and travel booking
  • Preparing and lodging legal documents
  • File maintenance and data entry
  • Dictaphone typing and WP
  • Filing, scanning and editing documents
  • Opening and closing files
  • Occasional reception relief

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 1-2 years legal secretary experience is essential
  • Professional and enthusiastic attitude
  • Corporate presentation
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
