An exciting opening has arisen for a Corporate Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join their dynamic and collaborative team.


  • Meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Issuing securing passes
  • Preparation and coordination of internal meeting rooms
  • Administrative support to the Office Manager
  • Organising couriers
  • Arranging incoming and outgoing mail
  • Handling a busy reception area
  • Dealing with queries in a polite and professional manner
  • Stationery ordering
  • Ensuring the reception and internal communal areas are kept tidy


As an ideal applicant, you will have the following;

  • Previous experience within a similar capacity
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills
  • Outstanding organisation skills
