Due to a recent acquisition and opportunity has arisen to join a small close knit team in a permanent capacity. This is an opportunity to join a well known organisation that has established itself in the Australian market. Working in a fast paced environment the role is an opportunity to be a part of a leading brand that is dedicated to continuously evolving and developing further.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a ledger of approximately 700 active accounts
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Daily allocation of payments
  • Handling customer enquiries and processing credit claims
  • Following up on outstanding / overdue invoices
  • Focus on continuous improvement to processes and procedures
  • Assisting and working closely with sales
  • Ensure lines of communication are open and clear with other departments and branches
  • Ah-hoc administrative tasks as required

You will need to have:

  • Previous experience in credit control and managing your own ledger
  • Background in high volume or fast paced environment
  • Proven track record in driving productivity and maintaining strong relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exposure in large ERP Systems
