This is an opportunity to join a well known organisation located in the Inner West region. Being an experienced and driven Credit Specialist this position will see you manage your own ledger while working in a small credit team. Working in a fast paced environment the role is an opportunity to be a part of a leading brand that is dedicated to continuously developing its employees.

In this role you’ll be involved in:

  • Set up and maintain vendor accounts
  • Allocation of payments and follow up any unidentified funds
  • Handling customer enquiries and processing credit claims
  • Following up on outstanding / overdue invoices
  • Focus on continuous improvement to processes and procedures
  • Assisting and working closely with legal
  • Ensure lines of communication are open and clear with other departments
  • Undertaking ad-hoc projects as required

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Extensive experience in credit control and managing your own ledger
  • Background in high volume or fast paced environment
  • Proven track record in driving productivity and maintaining strong relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with SAP
  • Exposure in large ERP Systems
