  • Contract role – Credit Controller – initial 6 months with a view to go perm
  • North Ryde location – parking provided
  • $30ph - $32ph+super

Immediate start

Fantastic International logistics firm based in North Ryde is seeking an experienced credit controller to join the team and manage your own portfolio of clients!

Some key duties will include but not limited to:

  • Maximise the number of customer collection calls at least 20 on a daily basis, as well as emails on a daily basis min 50 emails
  • Effective Communication (both verbal and written) between customers and team members
  • Entering notes in the system when received
  • Responsible for your own Ledger (around 1200-1500 customers)
  • Handling disputes from customers and putting into the system
  • Updating account records when necessary Eg: Emails, contacts, phone numbers etc
  • Assignments as directed by Credit Services leader
  • Minimise risk of bad debts on ledger

The successful candidate will ideally have the following experience:

  • Ideally 2-5 years experience working in credit control
  • Experience in managing commercial and major accounts
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Exposure to some ERP or CRM system such as Oracle or SAP
