Customer Assist Advisor (Inbound) – Big 4 Bank
A valued client is currently going through an exciting phase of growth and as a result there are currently multiple opportunities available in one of their top performing offices in the heart of the CBD.

The role
As a Customer Assist Advisor you will be primarily responsible for going above and beyond for your customers through multiple channels (phone and email). The majority of the customers you will be dealing with will be seeking advice and solutions after having missed a payment or their account falling into overdraw.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities that have competing deadlines
  • Upholding the exceptional level of services our client is known and loved for
  • Ability to use multiple software packages simultaneously
  • Working within compliance guidelines and requirements
  • Offer tailored solutions to customers that will see their accounts back in a positive financial position
About you
You will be a motivated self-starter with a genuine interest in the Australian Banking industry who lives and breathes providing a customer service experience that cannot be beaten.
  • Experience in a similar Contact Centre or Customer Service role (Banking experience is preferable but not essential)
  • Ability to work well within a team and take direction from Team Leaders
  • You will have a strong level of emotional intelligence and be able to show empathy
  • Be genuine in your customer interactions and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Must be available to attend an Assessment Centre in the coming weeks and start January 7th 2019
You will be offered in depth training to give you the necessary tools to succeed in the role, as well as on-going learning and support once settled into the role.

  • $27.55/hr + Super
