As a Customer Care Consultant you will be passionate in providing premium customer service to a wide range of customers at the highest quality whilst identifying their needs and engaging in great conversations. With a natural ability to build and nurture relationships you will be given first class training which will see your talent mature to a whole new level.

What are we looking for?

If you are a customer service enthusiast with proven experience and drive to provide a premium service across a diverse customer base, we want to hear from you! Ideally you will possess strong resilience with an ability to articulate, listen and communicate effectively in identifying customer needs, providing solutions and communicating appropriate policy and product information. You will enjoy working in an environment where innovation and change are the norm. You will be systems savvy and your ability to across various platforms and databases smoothly will allow you to deliver customer great outcomes.

To be considered for this opportunity you must;

  • Be available and flexible to be rostered between the hours of 8.00am to 8.30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Be available to work Saturday's on a rotation basis between the hours of 8.00am to 1.00pm
  • Be available for 2 weeks full-time paid training based at nib Newcastle Head Office
