The Client

Our client is a world renowned software company that is known for their innovative and boundary pushing accounting solutions. Located in the heart of Sydney CBD, our client is currently looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join their fun and outgoing team of seven. Our client is continuously growing and looking for new brand ambassadors who are passionate about their offerings.

About the role

Working in a creative and fast paced environment you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support and delivering expert knowledge on our client’s software.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer enquiries professionally and promptly
  • Providing customers with quality product information and consumer support
  • Ensuring all calls are attended to within a timely professional manner
  • Managing and escalating customer complaints
  • Responding to customer email enquiries
  • Dealing with issues from start to finish, essentially being 'the middle man'
  • Being the go to person in regards to software solutions
  • You will have capacity to assist customers in some technical support wherever possible
  • Learn, utilise and put into practice your expert knowledge of this software
  • Create online help content to help larger groups of customers

About You

You will be an energetic and passionate customer care specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment. Ideally you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Warm and engaging phone manner
  • The ability learn to learn quickly and hit the ground running
  • Be passionate about working for an incredible software company
  • Accounting, Finance or Commerce degree / background is highly desirable
  • At least one to two years experience in a similar role ( Desirable )
  • Be highly computer literate
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work as a team or equally individually
