About the role:

You will join a leading service provider located nearby to Parramatta. The company is a well established name in the gas, electricity and renewable energy field. Due to their recent acquisition of a government maintenance contract, the organisation has multiple vacancies in their customer service team. The company culture is hard working, team focused and motivated by individual growth and development. As a member of the customer service team, your duties will relate to both dispatch and customer service.

Your new role:

  • Allocate and co-ordinate maintenance and response works for customers.
  • Ensuring works are to be performed within specified timeframes.
  • Assign and allocate works to installation sub-contractors.
  • Support technicians in the filed to ensure productivity is as high as possible.
  • Input of data to generate reports relating to; job progress, field technician’s work load and general efficiency.
  • Outbound calls to customers who have lodged a service request to set an appointment.
  • Listening and responding to customer emails, voicemails and inbound calls.
  • Log calls, create job in the system and attach the service request on the job.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders about the works and the requirements ensuring that customers are kept updated throughout the process.

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Recent proven experience in a customer service, scheduling or dispatch role will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both in oral and written form.
  • Sound understanding of town and suburbs within NSW area.
  • Sound skills in problem solving / conflict resolution.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Present professionally in business attire and
  • Ability to organise own work priorities to meet strict deadlines.
