job description

Due to growth in the organisation our client is looking for an excellent customer service administrator to join their Batemans Bay office.

Duties Include

  • Greeting clients and being the face of the organisation
  • Generating leads and clients
  • Calendar management
  • Fortnightly reporting to management staff
  • Ordering new stock for business
  • Inbound and outbound calling

Successful Candidate Must Have

  • Demonstrated customer service and rapport building skills
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
  • Proven ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Positive and “can do” attitude
  • Full Drivers license is required
  • 2 years minimum experience in a customer facing role
