Your new company

You will join a leading national provider of products and services within the building & construction industry. Due to exciting and continued growth within the business, a fantastic opportunity has become available within the customer service solar team. You will be joining a vibrant and hardworking team of 12 with unlimited support and training from a down to earth, fantastic manager. This will be an amazing opportunity based in Ingleburn on a full time temporary basis with an incredibly likely view for permanency for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage customer inquiries and sales relationships via telephone, web chat and online enquiries.
  • Provide over the phone advice, quotes, close sales, schedule site visits and installs
  • Make follow up calls and process final payments for the customer.
  • Provide technical advice and troubleshooting using relevant tools and calculators
  • Prompt and accurate data entry using CRM and workflow systems
  • Meet customer service, lead conversion and sales KPI's

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Recent proven, stable experience in a similar role
  • Previous phone based customer service experience in a busy environment
  • Experience in electronics, telecommunications, solar or energy will be highly desirable
  • Professional and engaging phone manner
  • SAP experience in sales order entry tasks is desirable but not necessary.
  • Full time immediate availability
