Our client is a leading national provider of energy efficient products and services within the construction industry. Due to exciting and continued growth within the business, multiple opportunities have become available within the Business to Business Inbound Team. You will be joining a vibrant and hardworking team of 12 with unlimited support and training. This will be an amazing opportunity based in Ingleburn on a full time permanent basis

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling all inbound calls and facilitating customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing sales support to account managers.
  • Managing orders through SAP to ensure the smooth delivery of products.
  • Managing effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Previous phone based customer service experience in a busy environment
  • Professional and engaging phone manner
  • SAP experience in sales order entry tasks is desirable but not necessary.
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
