Contact Centre experience will be essential to the position, and would ideally suit candidates with a background within banking or any phone based customer service based position with 50 calls per day or more.

You will be responsible for but not limited to completing the following;

  • Reimbursements
  • Insurance and registration management
  • Fuel Card Management
  • Novated Lease Protection (NLP) payments
  • Grandfathered Lease payments to third party financiers
  • Novated Online enquiries
  • Credit Card weekly reconciliation
  • Data management
  • General Enquiries

it is essential to have;

  • Corporate office experience and high volume processing
  • Customer serrvice/ sales experience
  • Leasing/ Financial services experience
  • Customer focus
  • Great communication
