Looking for confident communicators to work at TAFES across NSW. You will need to be a strong communicator and enjoy talking to students and providing guidance.

Your new role

You will be providing administrative support to the Service Centre and assist the Team in responding to education enquiries submitted via web and inbound phone leads, and assist in the enrolment of customers into TAFE NSW. TAFE NSW offers the best of campus-based delivery as well as flexible, online and work-based learning. What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you will need to be computer savvy, a good listener with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Experience in call centre environments or sales is highly regarded in this role as well as strong communication verbal and written. A WWCC is required if successful along with a cleared police check.
