Customer Service Manager

You will utilize your excellent customer service skills and techniques to become an integral part of the company. Your role will include but will not be limited to:

  • Diverse and challenging leadership role supporting the external Account Managers, Sales, and business Manager
  • Responsible for driving a dynamic customer service team to consistently exceed expectations
  • Build and Maintain sustainable business relationships
  • Proven ability to source new clients
  • Demonstrated self starter and self-motivated
  • Ability to build rapport with Clients and Colleagues
  • Following up leads

The successful candidate will posses the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about customer service and relationship management
  • Experience in developing teams and team effectiveness
  • 3+ years as Customer Service Manager
  • Proven sales record
  • Honesty
  • Previous experience as a Business Development Manager
  • Being able to work autonomously
  • Strong Time Management
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
