About the opportunity

This is a senior customer service role with room for progression


  • Managing customer enquiries via phone and email/on-line
  • Processing orders in a timely and organised manner
  • Liaise with internal warehouse teams to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Data entry
  • Manage couriers and track customer orders
  • Manage the invoice and billings process for products
  • Provide additional support to warehouse team as required

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A minimum of 3 years customer service eexperience is required
  • Be highly organised and be able to work in an efficient manner
  • Team orientated
  • Previous experience in customer service role
  • Highly developed administrative skills
  • Be technically savvy and previous JD EDWARDS experience will be highly regarded
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in your approach to work
  • Previous experience in medical devices will be highly regarded
