Customer Service Officer / Administrator

You will have:

Working within the Customer Service sector, you will have exceptional customer service and administrating experience. This position will be based in a fast paced role with a dedicated and hardworking team. The candidate will need to be punctual, reliable, and hardworking and provide great customer service as the voice of the company.

  • Experience within the transport and logistics industry is essential
  • SAP / EDI / Pronto or experience would be favourable
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to multi task & work under pressure
  • Reliability and commitment to the organisation
  • The ability to be organised and a great communicator
  • A friendly and proactive approach to the company that you are representing
  • The ability to work within a team environment
  • Computer savy

The Position:

  • Attending to customer enquiries – High volume of calls
  • Ensuring all calls are logged and updated within company service standards
  • Data entry – alpha-numeric
  • Consignment entry
  • Relief of reception duties
  • Reconciliation of driver run sheets
  • Office All-rounder
  • Liasing with warehouse staff
  • Processing and tracking of orders
  • Filing, scanning & copying

You will have a forward thinking approach to customer service and will have a drive to work in a busy & fast-paced environment.
