Randstad has been partnering with Government departments and authorities across Australia for over 25 years. We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Officers for a NSW Government contact centre located in Parramatta CBD. There are currently two (2) roles available for ongoing, full time, temporary contracts.

The customer service team is operating Monday through to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. In this role you will be answering incoming calls from the general public as well as from businesses and legal representatives.

To be successful for this role you will have the following knowledge and experience:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Ability to work towards KPI's such as Average handling time, calls per day and call quality scores
  • Legal experience/knowledge is an advantageous - but not essential
  • Build report quickly with clients over the phone
  • Ability to relay information and explain procedures
  • Database navigation
  • Multitasking skills and attention to details
