Customer Service Officer | Manufacturing & Construction Industry
Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer and distributer for Industrial, Residential and Commercial Building products. Due to sustained growth in the business, Our Client is looking to expand the team by appointing a high calibre Customer Service Representative.
Some of your main responsibilities will include:
First point of contact for all customer service enquiries
Taking high volume inbound calls
Helping customers with any questions or issues
Keeping the customer thoroughly updated throughout the progression on their order.
Developing as well as maintaining relationships with Customers and business partners
Ensuring all administration tasks are completed, resulting in excellence in customer satisfaction
Other general ad hoc duties
Your profile will demonstrate:
SAP experience mandatory
Previous Contact Centre experience
Longevity within recent roles required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Similar customer service experience with a stable working history
Ability to manage your duties through wise planning, time optimisation, detail orientation and prioritisation.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office , Power Point, Excel and Windows
