Your new role

You will be entering a diverse corporate team in a key position that plays a pivotal role in supporting a local government organisation by providing exceptional customer service and performing administrative duties. This may include answering phone calls, providing solutions to inbound calls, creating bookings and liaising with the different divisions problem solving.

What you will need to succeed

You will be extremely organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise whilst working in a fast paced environment. Your knowledge and experience within Local Government will see you thrive in this role as you provide advice and expert solutions. Your ability to prioritise and multitask will ensure you succeed in your role. You will also have an advanced level of computer competency and adapt to new systems readily. Local Government experience and exposure to working within Council will be highly regarded.
