About the role

As a customer service officer you will be responsible for answering enquiries via phone, email and face to face. Other duties include:

  • Providing up to date and accurate information to customers
  • Processing applications using internal computer system
  • Maintaining up to date records in database
  • Identifying and converting warm business opportunities
  • Processing payments, handling cash and receipting electronic payments

To be successful for this role you must:

  • Be open to completing a WWCC and police check
  • Previous experience in customer service/sales role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (word, excel and outlook)
  • Excellent problem solving abilities

You will need:

  • Have the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to pick up internal computer systems quickly
  • Have a positive and resilient outlook
  • Strong work ethics and be a team player
  • Be reliable and punctual
