Whilst it's all about 'service with a smile' and continuously exceeding customer expectations time and time again, as a TRUE sales star you will be a first point of contact with customers and a brand ambassador! This is a customer centric role where you are required to assist in resolving various customer enquiries. Some outbound calls will be required. You will represent the brand and be focused on delighting every customer! No two days are ever the same!

Your new role:

  • Responding to all customer enquiries from the website
  • Handling all calls and queries professionally with the aim of building and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Manage any email correspondence
  • Maintain database integrity and compliance requirements
  • Work effectively with your team and other internal stakeholders
  • Adhering to daily, weekly and monthly KPIs

Your skills and experience:

  • Web chat experience is highly desired
  • Financial services and banking experience is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Be self-motivated and positive!
  • Be a team player!
