Your new role

When you start in this role you will be trained, coached and supported to become an exceptional Customer Service Representative. Being responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience every call means you will engage with your customers and provide exceptional service and help over the phone daily. You, your leadership team and your colleagues will create a positive workplace that is defined by excellence and professionalism.

About you

Energy and passion for excellent customer service delivery comes naturally, you are solutions focussed and enjoy engaging with people over the phone and create positive customer interaction on every call. You consider yourself technologically savvy and are keen to learn systems and policy quickly.

You are able to work Monday to Friday shifts rostered between 7am - 7pm (35 hours a week), have no leave in your first 3 months and are available to attend an interview 14th November for a 26th November start.
