Our client is a market leader in their field, this globally recognised company is present in over 100 countries. Their mission is to help people live a better life through health and wellness. An exciting opportunity has now become available in their Australian head office where you can be part of a forward thinking, fitness oriented team of sales executives. This is an extremely fun and bright team who share a collective goal to be the best they can be whilst supporting each other along the way.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Confirm order, create customer account, organise / check payment / signed documents / chasing finance approval
  • Check order in the System is correct.
  • Create the Invoice, send the invoice to the customer and the finance company (if required)
  • Welcome call (call the customer once the signed order is received)
  • Be the point of contact for any additional customer needs or requests
  • Order Third Party orders, update Sales Order & raise a PO
  • Pre-Shipment call if the equipment are coming from HQ (normally a week before the delivery)
  • Pre-Installation call (normally two weeks prior to the install)
  • Organise transport, organise a date and organise installers and email all the third parties involved
  • Organise the warehouse picking by sending the pick list and despatch note once the equipment are picked and S/N supplied
  • Track containers or move stock between states
  • Assess and approve the D&I invoice

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Experience in Customer service or coordination role
  • Strong administration skills across all Microsoft products
  • Highly developed verbal and writing skills
