An organisation with growth require a client services specialist to join there team on a temporary basis however you will always feel like a permanent employee.

You will be offered full training and be an integral team member responding to all client enquiries by telephone or via digital means in agreed service times and ensuring data entry is always up to date and accurate.

Ideally candidates should possess:

  • Outstanding customer service (a call centre environment is desirable)
  • Ability to engage clients (via telephone and digital) to service all queries
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work at a fast pace
  • High levels of personal drive, ethics and commitment to high quality standards
  • Able to drive an outstanding customer experience to clients
  • Adhere to deadlines and work to high quality professional standards
  • RG146 compliant advantageous
