Are seeking a Team Leader to manage an inbound customer service team. You will be responsible for providing leadership and operational management to your team of 15-20, driving and developing team performance and coaching team members to provide our client with exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Develop, coach and support your team to achieve quality and productivity targets
  • Drive team engagement and morale
  • Develop action plans & drive continuous improvement
  • Drive dedication to customer service and share knowledge within the team
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews
  • Provide coaching and feedback to individuals to support their personal development

About You:

  • Team Leader experience within a Customer Service Contact Centre
  • A passion for people leadership, coaching & development and the ability to drive team engagement
  • Must be an Australian Citizen.
