The Role

This is a great opportunity within State Government to work towards making a difference in the community. You will be working with a diverse range of people from various backgrounds. This customer service role will include face to face and over the phone to asses clients needs. You will be required to understand, interpret and apply standards, legislations, policy and guidelines to clients. You will be required to work within any office within the Northern Sydney District which includes Brookvale and West Ryde.

Your responsibilities as a Client Service Officer will include:

  • Working with a diverse range of people
  • Planning and prioritising work load
  • Managing conflicts and expectations
  • Working towards KPIs
  • Work within a team

The candidate

You will be dynamic with previous experience working in customer service, sales or a customer focused background.

You will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sensitivity to working with people who have complex needs
  • Ability to problem solve and deal with complaints
  • Good time management
