Our client is currently recruiting a Customer Service Professional to work within their corporate office based in Bella Vista. You will be joining a highly reputable company who are a leader in their field globally. The role will be on a full time permanent basis, providing you with potential for growth and development within a stable role.

Duties and responsibilities;

  • Take inbound calls and enquiries from commercial customers
  • Provide first class customer service to our customers and resolve any issues that arise
  • Conducting outbound customer Survey calls
  • Monitoring social media & responding accordingly
  • Ensure all information is recorded accurately and correctly in accordance with company regulations
  • Ensure customers receive a high quality service
  • Data entry

Skills and experience required;

  • Previous experience in a customer service role and a call centre environment is essential
  • Previous experience working within banking environment specifically commercial cards would be advantageous but not essential
  • Good administration skills and ideally experience updating a CRM system
  • Good computer skills including a good knowledge of MS word and e-mail
  • A good positive and customer focused approach
