Looking for confident communicators to take inbound calls from internal staff and NGO's whom use this organisations internal system. IT experience highly valued in this exciting positions- many perks including rotating roster night shifts Friday to Monday 6pm - 7am.

Your new role

You will be providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to internal staff that work within this hard working government organisation. You will be supporting the team to resolve IT issues or internal queries as well as well as NGO's that have access to your systems. Occasional overnight stays and travel in the metropolitan area may be required.

What you'll need to succeed

License a must car preferred but can be provided for the right candidate After the initial 3 month period you will be required to work on call shifts from Friday to Monday 6pm -7am for one week and then back up on call for the second week. These shifts will be distributed across all successful candidates and can be granted for anyone who prefers these hours. You must have strong communication skills and be prepared to work in a team environment where honesty and respect are highly valued. You will need to be comfortable relaying information via phone and communicating with people from all walks of life. You will be a fast learner, computer savvy and will become an expert in your field. IT helpdesk experience highly valued but not nessary to apply for this position.
