Your new role

You will be providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to future students. You will be supporting the team in getting students enrolled for the upcoming enrollment period. Your main role will be inbound communication with students and you will be an expert in providing the relevant information on upcoming courses comensurate to their goals.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have strong communication skills and be prepared to work in a team environment where honesty and respect are highly valued. Tasks involve managing incoming phone and email inquiries in a high volume environment from both students and teachers therefor immaculate communication both written and verbal will be assumed.
