Randstad has several Customer Service roles on within the Manufacturing, FMCG, and Retail space. We are looking for dynamic go getters that have a passion for customer service, and are wanting to make their mark on their next role.
THE ROLES
Main responsibilities of this roles include:
  • Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers
  • Handling product and sales enquiries and processing sales orders
  • Organising pick-ups & deliveries with courier companies
  • Coordinating with sales team and warehouse team
  • Order management and technical enquiries
  • Basic reporting to management
  • General office duties
To be successful in this role you will need to display:
  • Have experience in a 360 customer delivery role - from order taking to delivery and follow up
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional phone manner
  • Experience with an EDI, or order management system such as SAP, PRONTO, ORACLE etc.
  • Great customer focus and independent problem solving skills
  • Advanced multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Team player
  • Experience in similar role in the industry would be a distinct advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team yet still meet time frames
  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications
