This is your chance to join a reputable and well-known health insurance company as a Customer Service Consultant. Based in Parramatta and working within a contact centre environment you will be responsible for handling a myriad of customer enquiries as well as upselling key products and services. In this organisation, as the cliché goes - "the customer is always number one!" You will also be responsible for managing long term client relationships so your passion for customer satisfaction and service delivery will be key. We are seeking someone with a passion for the health insurance industry and who is driven, positive and sales savvy. No two days are ever the same!

Your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Consultant are:

  • Responding to inbound customer enquiries and also making outbound calls to members re their health insurance requirements
  • Handling all calls professionally with the aim of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Manage any email correspondence
  • Maintain database integrity and compliance requirements
  • Work effectively with your team and other internal stakeholders
  • Adhering to daily, weekly and monthly KPIs

Your skills and experience:

  • Exceptional customer service ability
  • Demonstrated sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated initiative
  • Experience in call centre/contact centre desirable, however, not essential
  • Self-motivated and positive
  • Team player
  • A desire to progress your career within the health insurance sector
