A market leader in the distribution of retail products is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst based in South Western Sydney on a 3 month + contract.

Must be able to drive to work.

On a daily basis your responsibilities will include:

  • Level 1 and 2 expert troubleshooting and high-level technical support.
  • Providing onsite and remote desktop and server support as part of a team.
  • Support includes all aspects of maintenance, end user support, and implementation/upgrade of existing or new equipment to various customer SOE standards.
  • Provide adaptable and analytical approach to problem solving and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding the importance of escalation and the impact of problems on customers businesses.
  • Carry out daily functions based on company SLA commitments.


To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Strong demonstrable knowledge of all Microsoft desktop operating systems.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and server application functions.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Navision (highly desirable).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Experience supporting Windows desktops with exposure to server environments
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and organisational abilities.
  • Exceptional phone manner, outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Completed Microsoft MCP Certification.
  • Other industry certifications will be considered as an advantage.
  • Valid drivers licence.

Must have a car as public transport is not easily accessible.
