About the Role

Seeking experienced despatch customer service team leaders, with experience in dealing with high profile clients. The roles are based in Melbourne CBD. You will be be responsible for small team of people, and supported by management to ensure you are up to speed on the role quickly. Roles are on a long term temporary basis with an ASAP start.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • management of a small team
  • management of multiple dispatch sites
  • closely liaise with key clients
  • satisfy high profile contracts by meeting service level agreements
  • efficient and prompt communications with all stakeholders
  • MUST be able to have an on call mobile phone for after hours support (minimal/occasional use
  • running reports through excel

Skills & Experience

  • preferable to have a despatch background in a critical environment
  • preferable to have some medical industry experience
  • previous team management experience
  • proven process improvement mind set
  • optimum attention to detail
  • prompt, efficient and accurate communication skills
  • previous experience with SAP
  • proficient with Microsoft Office - must be able to use Excel to a high ability (pivot tables; V Lookups etc)
