About the role:

As our digital coordinator you’ll be responsible for developing strategy and tactics for the company’s digital activities to create a profitable online presence, increase our reach and lift the profile of all company brands.

Your day-to-day will be very dynamic and varied; including launching eCommerce websites, project management, creating content, SEO and remarketing, managing social media, creating and sending EDMs, developing creative briefs, reporting and other ad-hoc marketing responsibilities.

You will:

  • Produce organic and paid social media content and tactics including video, written content, competitions and advertising campaigns in line with the marketing strategy
  • Plan, create and monitor web (Magento, Drupal) and EDM (Click Dimensions) content and evaluate analytics
  • Liaise with suppliers to manage SEO, produce new company websites, and conduct best practice UX and A/B testing
  • Write engaging, relevant and word perfect content for social media, EDM, company newsletters and online news items
  • Maintain an accurate and engaging online presence that positively represents company brands, audiences and activities
  • Assist with other activities as required, such as the delivery of customer events and photography
  • Contribute to a positive and effective work environment through teamwork, inclusive planning, information sharing and transparency.

To be considered, you’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • An aptitude for best-practice digital marketing, communications and CRM
  • Excellent communication skills – strong copywriting ability for a promotional and digital context
  • High level of website and digital marketing literacy
  • Up-to-date knowledge of internet marketing including SEO, Google analytics and social
  • Creative and innovative with the ability to think laterally
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Highly developed time management and organisational skills
  • Able to use a high level of initiative, work unsupervised and under pressure
  • High level attention to detail and brand integrity
  • CMS, CRM and EDM experience (Magento, Click Dimensions, Microsoft Dynamics is highly desired)

Desirable skills to add to your suitability:

Adobe Suite, photography and/or video editing skills.
